About Us My love for the chili dog started about 54 years ago around 1952. My father would take my brother and I to Johnsons Park Piscatway, NJ. Near the entrance of the park was a little 5 by 6 foot hot dog trailer call Johnnies Hot Dogs. While growing up, on Saturdays my buddies and I would go to the movies in New Brunswick, NJ and for less than $1 dollar we would watch 2 Monster Movies and on the way home have a Chili Dog and a Coke. There were 2 hot dog restaurants on Albany Street called Central & Crystal's Restaurant. The town seemed to have a split decision between the two, which one was better.
